When will I be charged?
The one-time fee for the Full Setup Service ($199) is charged the day you open your account. Your first month's subscription is included in the Setup fee. Your first subscription fee is charged 30 days after you open your account.
Do I need to purchase my own web hosting?
No. Hosting is included, no extra charge. Restaurant Engine is a hosted service. We take care of the technical up-keep, so you can focus on running your restaurant!
What about making routine updates to my website?
You’ll have the ability to log in and make edits anytime you want. Our WordPress dashboard is super easy-to-use. Plus we have video tutorials and customer support available. Or, with the concierge plan, we can make those updates for you! Just send us an email and we’ll take care of it.
Are there any contracts or long-term commitment?
